Origin, culture and pleasure are the foundations of a menu that will adapt to the seasons just like the ingredients in the pantries. It includes more than 400 national and international references.

Please note that the Fuego Sereno (à la carte) option will ONLY be available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays for lunch and on Wednesdays and Thursdays for dinner. On Fridays for dinner and Saturdays for both lunch and dinner, only the Fuego Loco Menu will be available.
