Wednesday to Saturday lunch and dinner
The Fuego Sereno (à la carte) option will ONLY be available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday During lunch hours and on Wednesdays and Thursdays during dinner hours. On Fridays for dinner and on Saturdays for lunch and dinner, only the Fuego Loco Menu will be available.
Holidays from August 3rd to 23rd.
Diners:
At Chispa Bistro, we only accept reservations for up to 5 people. For groups of 6 or more, you can book through the Group Menus section, choosing your menu and making a reservation in our private room (maximum capacity 12 people). For larger groups, please contact us. chispabistroeventos@gmail.com.
Due to the limited capacity and layout of our room, we unfortunately cannot accommodate strollers and we do not have high chairs. We also inform you that we do not have a children's menu. We appreciate your understanding.
Allergies:
Knowing your food allergies or intolerances in advance allows us to better serve you. We regret that we cannot accommodate people with severe allergies.
Food Restrictions:
Our culinary offerings include seafood, fish, meats, mushrooms, dairy products, eggs, and spices, among other foods. We regret that we cannot prepare exclusively vegan and vegetarian offers.
Cancellation policy:
For dinner and Saturday lunch services it will be necessary to accept our cancellation policy.
Cancellations will be free of charge as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before the reservation date.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a charge of €60 (VAT included) per guest will be applied to the credit card provided. If you arrive with fewer guests than specified in the reservation without informing the restaurant in advance, you will be charged the same amount per person not present.
