We cook dishes that entertain us, that are designed to be shared and in which temporality is combined with international references through techniques with which we always seek to highlight the flavor of the products.
Chispa Bistró is the materialization of our idea of a perfect restaurant: haute cuisine in the dishes and the atmosphere of a bistro where you come to have a good time.

From Argentina, after passing through several cuisines around the world, we have landed in Madrid: the city where everyone, even chefs, find their place.
We formed Chispa Bistró a team of 8 people with whom we transmit the same philosophy: sharing with the client through the kitchen and the dining room.

Our menu is made up of almost fifteen dishes designed to share. And for a selection of cheeses to start, continue or end your experience. Basically you choose how you want to enjoy at Chispa Bistró.
